Introduction

I truly enjoy what I do. I have been a personal trainer for over 10 years. I have experience training people from all walks of life- including teens, adults and athletes. I have worked with all the above and have had great success with every type of skill level. It doesn’t matter to me if you are a novice or advanced, I can still offer you a lot of help. If you are looking to apply yourself and learn how to properly perform weight training you have found the right trainer. I previously owned my own studio for 5 years and have recently relocated. For the time being I am traveling to you. I’m available to train you at home or business or possibly a public gym.
