Jamar was very polite, persistent, and professional when I sent the initial request to fix the blank laptop screen. He guided me through capturing the computer product information, estimated time of installation, and pricing. We dropped the laptop off and in passing mentioned the tracker pad wasn’t working, but never asked him to fix it. After the initial problem was fixed, Jamar communicated that he also fix the tracker pad and the cost was an additional $50. We picked up the laptop negotiated the price due to him going above what we asked for. When we got home we realized the touch screen wasn’t working and neither was the tracker pad. We texted, sent video, and he hasn’t responded.
