- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is typically based on square footage and linear footage, depending on the service. We offer multiple discounts, including referral discounts and recurring service plans. Quotes are always transparent with no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by understanding the customer’s needs and explaining exactly how the job will be done. I treat every property like it’s my own and every customer like family. After the service, I make sure everything is cleaned properly, answer any questions, and leave customers with a small care package as a thank-you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked at Discount Tire for an extended period, which taught me strong problem-solving skills, efficiency, and customer service. I also hold an Associate’s degree in Science and in the process of acquiring a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, so diagnosing issues and choosing the correct cleaning approach comes very naturally to me. Physical labor has never been an issue.
