- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts: Teachers, fire/EMS, police officers, veterans, etc., receive 25% off! Let me know where you work or how you've served and I'll tell you the price you'd have gotten before the discount, and your discounted price for full transparency.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you first contact me I will ask a few questions to get an idea of the scope of your project. For a full remote quote I will need your address so that I can view the property on Google Earth and accurately estimate the work required (i.e. how big is your driveway, deck, house, how many gutters, etc.). Then we will agree on a date and time for the service, and a payment method that works for both of us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10+ years of experience in this space. I actually got through engineering school mostly by pressure washing houses and cleaning gutters.
