FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive and based on the size of the project, the services requested, and the condition of the surfaces being cleaned. We provide clear estimates upfront so you know what to expect before work begins. We also offer a 10% discount to new customers. Any additional services or costs will be discussed and approved before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about your needs and the services you are looking for. Depending on the project, we may ask for photos, measurements, or schedule an in person evaluation to provide an accurate estimate. Once you approve the estimate, we coordinate a convenient service date, arrive prepared, and complete the work with attention to detail. We take pride in providing excellent customer service, respecting your property, and making sure you are satisfied with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from hands on training and practical experience in window cleaning and exterior property maintenance. We focus on using the appropriate cleaning methods, equipment, and products for each surface to achieve excellent results while protecting our customers' properties. We continually work to improve our techniques and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism.
