- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to start with a quick conversation to understand their needs—what areas they’d like cleaned, their goals, and any concerns about surfaces or landscaping. From there, I provide a clear, upfront estimate and explain the process so there are no surprises. On the scheduled day, I arrive on time, walk the property with the customer if they’re available, and make sure we’re aligned on expectations before starting. During the job, I use the proper equipment and cleaning solutions for each surface, taking care to protect plants, pets, and property. Once finished, I do a final walkthrough to ensure the customer is completely satisfied before wrapping up. My goal is to make the entire experience stress-free and leave the home looking its best.
