What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the customer’s project goals, scope, timeline, and available information or drawings. I review the requirements, ask any necessary questions, and provide a clear estimate of the work involved. Once we agree on the scope, I complete the work with attention to accuracy, quality, and applicable standards while keeping the customer updated throughout the process. I welcome feedback and revisions and make sure the final deliverables meet the agreed-upon requirements.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington and am a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas. I have over 7 years of professional civil engineering experience, with a focus on roadway and drainage design. My experience includes AutoCAD, Civil 3D, PS&E plan development, roadway design, drainage design, and working with TxDOT standards and specifications. I’ve also gained construction experience through field and project work, giving me a practical understanding of both design and construction.
