- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i’d like to start off with a phone call and introduce myself and exchange information then also schedule a on-site estimate or a face-to-face just so we can meet in shake hands

I have been Plumbing for going on 12 years but as the time changes and Plumbing innovates itself, there will always be stuff to learn
