- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because I negotiate well and pay cash for all my materials, my company is able to pass these savings to our customers to ensure that we will not over charge our clients or prospects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once in contact with a prospect or a client, our approach is to be able to inspect their roofs in order to advice them well as of if a repair is needed or as if the roof is so old that replacement is inevitable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked during my past 6 years as a RECRUITER, TRAINER, SALES REP and MANAGER for 2 of the largest roofing companies here in Texas as well as with my own and at the present time after taking courses with OWENS CORNING (The biggest building supplying company in the world), I'm a Preferred Contractor for them which states and ranks me as a knowledgeable professional in the roofing industry.
