I've had multiple weeks in my roof and head three other contractors come out to try to repair it and they could not stop the leaks I was tired of dealing with it was going to replace my roof so I called Metro tech roofing to come out doing estimate for my roof they did a free inspection a free estimate and I was told that my roof was still good and then it just needed repairs and maintenance they took pictures of everything showed me where the leaks were coming from I agreed to the price which was really good compared to what I spend on the other contractors so I let them go to work and it has been almost one year now been through multiple storms even a hurricane and I have no leaks in my roof these guys were great came out the same day did all the repairs in one day gave me a great warranty and just did a great job I would recommend them to everyone needing any type of roofrepairs or maintenance thank you Metro tech roofing

I had metro tech roofing and their crew out to my property to repair a roof that was damaged by squirrels or raccoons, they chewed up all my pipes on my soft fit.My shingles and many different places i had contractors come out try to fix the problem but just made things worse. I decided to call out Steve with metro tech roofing. As my last resort, he came out, did a full inspection on my roof took all kinds of pictures showed me. All my problem areas gave me a great price. And had all the work done the same day he came out even rodent proofed all my pipes all my pants, all my soffit areas that were chewed up And I have not had any problems or leaks, once he was done I went through multiple storms, have not had one leak, no longer have squirrels in my attic, I will recommend them to everyone or anyone that is having this sort of problem very professional. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would contact the customer set up an appointment to do a free roof inspection an estimate we will take pictures of all the findings go over everything with the owners before making any decisions make sure they have a full scope of what is going on with their project and make sure that we are able to explain everything to them before making any decisions

I am a third generation roofer in my family we specialize in all types of roofing I was trained by my dad since I was a kid working in the roofing business for over 20 years I am in the roofing industry
