If you need roof repair/replacement that will involve interacting with your insurance company, PRA Roof Contractors is the company you want to go with. They are really good at working with insurance adjusters, providing the information they need in an organized and efficient way. They were able to get our insurance company to cover our roofreplacement, which was not the answer we got from the adjuster ourselves before hiring PRA. Charles and Joey with PRA were very professional and courteous, with clear and timely communication. They were also able to figure out how to work on our (very tall) 3-story house when other roofing companies couldn't. The day of, the guys worked efficiently and left the area around our house spotless. I highly recommend PRA...they were really great to work with.
