Ill admit, I wasnt completely sure what to expect when I first booked BlackLine Security. Being a newer company, theres always that question in the back of your mindare they going to show up and actually handle things the right way?That question didnt last long.Not long after everything got going, I remember noticing Officer Randolph wasnt just standing around or waiting for something to happen. He was paying attention to everythingpeople coming in, movement around the property, even the small details most people wouldnt think twice about.At one point, there was a situation that couldve easily been overlookednothing major at first glancebut he addressed it early, calmly, and without making a scene. It never had the chance to turn into a bigger problem. Most people probably wouldnt have even noticed it, but he did.That moment stood out to me.It wasnt about reacting when something went wrongit was about making sure it didnt get there in the first place.Throughout the entire time, his presence changed the atmosphere. People were more aware, things stayed under control, and there was a level of order that you could feel without it being forced.By the end of it, I wasnt thinking about whether I took a chance on a newer company anymore. I was thinking about how different the experience felt having someone there who was actually locked in and intentional about what they were doing.Ill definitely be using BlackLine Security again.

Seeing Darius Randolph of BlackLine Security seated on the interior of my world renown "ID" doctor's office, Dr. Joseph Gathe ...as I entered the front door...gave me an instant sense of safety and comfort. I immediately felt at ease, despite knowing the location of this facility was in a questionable area of Houston..."crime-wise".I discovered Darius Randolph easy to hold a conversation with...as I complimented him on the beautiful "cross" he wore on his neck. He then politely asked me "How my day was going?"Very quickly I replied that it could be going a lot better if I had not recently lost my beloved "daughter-in-law," Tara Arnold, in an horrific private jet plane crash in Bangor, Maine. Darius offered to pray for the grief that both I and the family, were going through...and ask his company to join in, as well.A few minutes later at the end of my appointment with Dr. Gathe, Darius went the extra mile, walking out into the parking lot to motion to my driver come up. Lastly, Darius escorted me safely to my driver in the Black SUV.I highly recommend the use of this service without reservation. What is more important than top security? Nothing in my opinion... and, in addition, I was given a strong loving, caring nature in Darius Randolph & his most professional security company!!!
