I being with Coach Luis Mario Rodríguez since February and I fell like my live style had a 180⋅ turned, the way a eat, the way a fell went I'am not working out, the energy. I really have to thank him for the chance in my life and still a long way to go Recommended to both gener and while ages 100% You want to fell good, look good, this is the place to be.

Every day GLOW offers different exercises that work your entire body. There is no way to get bored with this training, every day is something new which helps you to feel strong and healthy. Luis is next to you to teach you or correct you during the exercises. Classes are small so it is like having a personal trainer every day. Of course you can see the results of the workout pretty soon and that is your motivation !!!

1 on 1 sessions are $75/hr Small Group Sessions are $180/mo for 3 classes per week Small Group Sessions are $250/mo for 6 classes per week Personal Defense classes are $160/2 mo ( 8 classes @ $20, 1 class per week) Family discounts are available!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, always studying and keeping credentials current!
