- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Based on the size, complexity, and scope, the fee is usually determined as a lump-sum which is based on an hourly rate for the task being performed and the number of hours takes to complete those tasks. we always work with the client to ensure our price is reasonable and competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually conduct an initial visit to meet with the client and understand his / her need. During this visit, we offer advice and recommendations to ensure achieving the objective of the project in an economical manner. After the client agrees with the scope and the price, we send a formal contract to the client to review and sign by the client. The job will be started after the contract is signed by the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Structural Engineering and Professionally licensed in The State of Texas with a total of 33 years of professional experience in residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
