Hired on Thumbtack

I hired Two Step Pool for monthly pool maintenance, but the very first visit was extremely substandard. The pool was barely brushed, and instead of properly distributing chlorine tablets across the baskets, only three tablets were placed in a single basket—likely to cut costs. As a result, my pool began changing colors within just a few days. I sent pictures and reached out for guidance before the next scheduled visit, but received zero response. When the next scheduled service day arrived, he was a complete no-show.

Details: Cleaning and Maintenance • In-ground pool • Chlorinated water • Pool water is clear • Algae • I do not need my pool drained • Every other week
