I am extremely pleased with my selection of Chieftain SwimmingPools. I called them because I was dissatisfied with a company I had used previously. My pool was in disgusting shape - green with algae and had several plumbing issues that had been misdiagnosed. Miguel showed up and saved the day. His professionalism and personal demeanor captured my confidence immediately! He put the work in to restoring my pool. I watched him clean the sides of my pool (I had never seen that done in the nearly 20 years that I have owned the pool). Removing that layer of algae, combined with his skills in cleaning and repairing the filters, etc., all contributed to my now SPARKLING pool. He promised to be at my home three consecutive days in a row and arrived on time as promised. I think his prices are competitive for this market. You might find less expensive, but you will not find the quality nor a more qualified, or professional pool technologist than Miguel and Chieftain Pools.

They installed a pool heater, ran a gas line to the pool heater and even (without charging me) fixed a plumbing issue on my pool pump! Excellent Communication, punctuality, workmanship and all around great work!

Miguel was very helpful through our online conversation. He gave me some problem solving ideas for my pool issue and even asked for pictures of my pool equipment to better assess what was going on. He was kind and helpful. Although he never actually came to service my pool, he was extremely helpful online. I would definitely recommend Chieftain SwimmingPools.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Inform yourself about the issue you are experiencing. Some issues can be fixed without hiring a professional. If you can’t fix it yourself, have as much information ready to give to the technician in order that he can better diagnose the the issue and give you a more accurate quote. This can help wave a service call fee.
