I thought paying top dollar would get me good services but I was wrong, you have to schedule calls with him and he sounds like a robot and answers short to any question you have.I took my books to a CPA and they didn’t question on thing about my books and Jonathan made a 25 item list.. And he will keep half the amount he quoted you he got 800 from me and all he did was review my paper work and make a 25 item list.

You discussed your personal needs with Mr. Wyman and signed a contract with terms that you both found fair. While we do encourage our clients to utilize our secure portal for uploading documents and communicating, every engagement with our firm also includes unlimited phone conferences about the returns being prepared. Those phone calls must be scheduled in order for us to provide clients with undivided attention and to make the best use of everyone’s time. Once the work begins, we will often ask follow-up questions in order to ensure that everything is classified properly and that all possible deductions are found. A New Client Needs Assessment is necessary in order to ensure that we can provide you with everything that you need and for you to be sure that we are a good fit. Jonathan would be happy to speak with you or meet with you to discuss your questions in more detail and to provide a quote.

Jonathan received his Bachelors Degree of Accountancy from Miami University (Ohio). He has worked for a "Big 4" accounting firm and a Fortune 500 Company.
