We had worked with Jose and his team last year on a smaller project and, because we enjoyed working with him and were happy with the end results, we trusted Jose to use him again for a larger project - a kitchen renovation. What we did: We knocked down a kitchen bar and reinforced an overhead beam to expand the kitchen from what was 2 smaller rooms into what is now 1 large, open and airy kitchen. We didn't have a real pantry before (more like a broom closet), so Jose built us a ~4'x8' butler's pantry, which has crown molding, 2 cabinets, plenty of shelving, and 1 recessed light. Jose's Electrician installed recessed lighting and a new outlet for an island wine fridge. The island is ~8 ft long and centered so to merge both smaller rooms into 1 cohesive spacious room. Our original dishwasher placement was cramped when trying to unload dishes into the overhead cabinetry, so Jose's team was able to relocate the dishwasher 1 foot over and it has made a world of difference (it's the little things you have to live with everyday, you know?). Our old floor was replaced with porcelain tile with ~1/3 offsetting. Our baseboards have corner blocks throughout the house, and Jose's team was able to re-create the same style of corner blocks to be consistent with the rest of the style of the house. The attention to detail was very much appreciated and noticed. Jose recommended a cabinetry company to us, which we really liked and decided to purchase shaker cabinets from the company. When placing the cabinet handles, Jose was very accommodating and asked for my preference in placement of the cabinet handles. Since I have a bad lower back, Jose's team worked with me personally to install the handles where it is easy for me to grab, without my needing to bend over to reach for them (if you have a bad back too, you know how valuable this is!) The butler's pantry has dual pocket doors, which were a hassle to install, because the manufacturer sent us hardware incompatible with the design of the door. Jose worked with us to figure out what we need to do and he was able to drill a groove along the bottom of the doors so a guide can fit. I do not recommend purchasing doors from the company called United Porte (extremely unhelpful and rude; they could not care less and are expensive). Jose and his team arrived promptly at the same time everyday for the duration of the project and were communicative about any needs or issues. We have more projects around the house and would love to continue doing business with Jose and his team.

The Bella Casa team did a fantastic job on our kitchen floors! We highly recommend them for their value and professional team. The team would check in with us at certain steps to make sure we were aligned with the details. They showed a willingness to discuss our ideas and help find a solution that we were satisfied with. I really appreciated how they cleaned up the work space each day and even made sure to cover our entry floors with a protective cloth. Jose was our direct contact and was great at communicating his process. He answered all our questions thoroughly and was knowledgeable. He checked in with us daily with his team, stopped by our house to assist them to ensure the execution was done properly. We are very happy with their work and would hire them for our bathroom floor remodels!

Jose and his crew did a great job. They arrived promptly each day and worked late to get the job done. They removed the old patio and front entrance tile and installed beautiful porcelain tile. They also cleaned up the work areas. The pictures say it all.

I had a fantastic experience with Bella Casa and Jose Flores. They were honest, professional, timely and produced quality work. They remodeled by master bath, removing a tub and enlarging a shower and changed 1100 sf of carpet to laminate flooring. Beautiful job and I am thrilled with the results. Needed a few minor tweaks after the job and they came back out quickly to fix the issues. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them for my next project! All the teams were awesome!
