Communication is the key to any good relationship. They really need to be consistent and involved with the people they are doing the work for. My expectation was that someone would be there at a certain time every day and be on time every day to get started and work on the project. That was not the case. Now I understand that things happen, but the common courtesy thing to do when that happens is to reach out to the people and keep them informed. Not for the person to have to reach out to them and ask them why nobody has arrived at the time expected. Their organizational process needs work. With that said, they were all very friendly and I got along with everyone on site. They do a great presentation when the estimator comes for the estimate and they do have great deals and the final product is satisfactory. I won't nitpick it here, but there is some attention to details needed. I don't know if all contractors have the same issues, but I know that I take pride in what I do and I treat others the way I would want to be treated. So, they need to ask themselves; What can we do better and how can we be a contractor that stands out from the rest 100% of the time. I wish them nothing but success and hope they take this review/critique and make their company one of the best that I know it can be.

A majority of tree damage is caused by us humans improperly trying to save money and hiring the wrong individuals to perform tree maintenance. Sometimes simply cutting off a branch that does not look right is not the best choice for the health of a tree. Trees can be injured by lawn mowers and weed trimmers continually stripping away bark from the trunk of the tree. So a tree is like a hair cut, you won't trust the wrong barber right?

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From the moment of the inquire, we have an agent that contact you to schedule an appointment with a project manager.
The project manager will drive to you and collect the full scoop of work and provide our difference services, including trimming, thinning, shape up and or tree removal! That will last up to 5 years in some scenarios.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have performed all the positions on the tree process while I work with my Dad a Blue collar man that shows me the principles of this business and how to keep customers coming back. Each job site has show me many scenario while the best school has been on hands on and being 100% reliable.
