FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
AtoZ Local LLC provides clear, upfront pricing before work begins. Many common services, such as TV mounting, wire concealment, ceiling fan installation, smart home setup, furniture assembly, and small handyman jobs, can be priced as flat-rate services when the job details are clear. Larger or more complex projects may require photos, measurements, wall type, ceiling height, access details, or an on-site estimate. Our pricing may vary based on TV size, wall material, mounting height, bracket type, wire concealment needs, number of technicians required, parts, materials, travel distance, and project complexity. We explain any extra fees before starting, including add-ons such as brackets, power kits, second technician help, high-ceiling work, special hardware, or material pickup when needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we review the customer’s project details, photos, location, service type, and preferred appointment time. For TV mounting, home theater, smart home, handyman, ceiling fan, appliance, or light plumbing/electrical work, we ask the right questions before arrival so the customer knows what to expect. Next, we confirm the scope, price, and any required materials or special conditions. On the job site, we inspect the area, confirm placement with the customer, protect the work area, complete the installation or repair, test the result, clean up, and walk the customer through the finished work before payment. Our goal is simple: clear communication, professional installation, and no surprise charges.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from years of hands-on residential installation and home service work, including TV mounting, home theater setup, wire concealment, smart home devices, furniture assembly, ceiling fans, wall mounting, small repairs, and customer-service-based field work. We understand wall structure, stud finding, mounting hardware, bracket selection, safe installation practices, low-voltage setup, cable management, and practical problem solving inside real homes. For trade work that requires a licensed specialist, such as certain electrical, plumbing, or HVAC work, we work with qualified licensed partners when required. We do not pretend every job is the same; we match the right skill level to the work.
