I could only choose three options for what I liked most about the service I received, but I also wanted to add very professional. I had a TV that was currently up that had to be removed, and upon removal he shared that my current frame would work in which I was happy that I hadn’t purchased another. Also, I never really knew how to operate the tilt/turn function and he showed me. In conclusion, Michael responded quickly, arrived within the timeframe stated, was efficient and did an amazing job mounting my TV. Will definitely refer him to friends and family. Thank you!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is somewhat flexible depending on the needs of the customer. If the installation is for more than 1 TV, I like to offer my customers a discount. There are additional fees for removal of TV’s, concealing TV wires and if the customer would like for me to purchase a mount on their behalf.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I am intentional about listening to what they are seeking. I ask follow-up questions and provide as many options as possible to ensure complete satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My formal education is not related to my line of work; however, my previous professional and personal experiences have given me the necessary skills to work with people across cultures, industries and with varying requests.
