The service was excellent! He came out to diagnose exactly what I needed. I had a contractor do some major remodeling last year. He completely remodeled my fireplace and mounted a large tv panel for me. That was the heavy lifting…but he left about 8-10 cords exposed and explained I’d need to have an expert come in (which was totally understandable.) I finally contacted Zain. After he looked at what I needed he explained that he had to order a bracket for the sound bar and would contact me when it was in. Two days later he returned and within an hour had finished my project! I should mention that he noticed a couple of other unrelated issues in other areas of my home and I have arranged for additional wiring/installation later this month. He is a great guy for problem solving the small detail stuff we often put off, due to our hectic schedules. I now have this business on “speed dial!”

My partner and I have been together 30 years, and in that time have had quite a few T.V.s mounted. We’ve always gone with a name-brand company, and they always got the job done, but we’ve never been “wowed”....until now. This guy was AMAZING!!! On time, courteous, efficient....and hooked up our surround system, covered the wires, had extra cables with we needed (so I didn’t have to make a quick trip to the store) and didn’t overcharge for those —— just TREMENDOUS, and, best of all he was well under all of the competitors’ prices. If we need it done again, we’ll NEVER go to anyone else but Zain! Great experience!
