Michael was phenomenal. He was super responsive when I first posted the job, calling me to talk through details. He arrived at our scheduled time with all the necessary tools and was able to get our TV mounted very quickly. He even ran into a few issues that he had to troubleshoot, but resolved.

My job was a bit different from the normal. I have a 75 inch wall mounted TV that I needed to repair but I could not unhang and re-hang it myself. Michael was responsive to my situation and showed up on time with an excellent attitude. He removed the TV and came back after I had repaired it and hung it back on the wall.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is somewhat flexible depending on the needs of the customer. If the installation is for more than 1 TV, I like to offer my customers a discount. There are additional fees for removal of TV’s, concealing TV wires and if the customer would like for me to purchase a mount on their behalf.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I am intentional about listening to what they are seeking. I ask follow-up questions and provide as many options as possible to ensure complete satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My formal education is not related to my line of work; however, my previous professional and personal experiences have given me the necessary skills to work with people across cultures, industries and with varying requests.
