- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm very flexible when it comes to payments and pricing. I work really closely with all my clients in finding a price that works for both of us. However, the way I charge is doing a day rate and editing rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I first make contact with them to introduce myself and tell them a little bit about what I do. From there, I usually talk about all the details of the shoot. I want my customers to feel they're in good hands after our conversation which is why I like to really go into detail about everything they want for their photos or videos. From there I will usually send a confirmation email discussing what we just went over and reserve your spot on my calendar.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although I have no prior formal education I have self taught myself. I have been doing this for over three years now. I do have a degree in engineering, but my true passion is creating content.
