Introduction: I will take the time to explain to the customer why the process works the way it does. I feel like I have a general good connection with people. I always have a smile, and I am honest. I'm not a salesman, I'm here to give you the product you want and need, and do a great job at it. I like being able to make a difference in peoples life. Its what makes the world go round'. If I charged you $100 for a certain service just like everyone else, and was rude, and didn't know what the job required, you probably wouldn't call me back ever again. However, my method is honesty, I give you a price of maybe $60-80 for the same service, I'm nice, have manners, and I know what my job requires. If I don't have the answer I'm not ashamed to admit it, and would be more than happy to look it up for you. Logically, you would refer me to friends and family, and would call me back before going to search through the yellow pages. I feel that in order to be successful you have to make the customer important. After all, without a customer none of us would have a job.

Very nice, price was right but he couldn't get the job done. I have an older house so he couldn't get it fixed he said in that job. Would cost a lot more and more xyrcits and breakers. I ended up calling sear and they fixed it no problem. Would use him again for other thing beside electrical.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are pretty straight forward. If you have materials it cost one price, if you don't have materials then obviously it will cost more. Some services I only offer if you have the product.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don't currently do continuing education. However, I do plan on it in the future. I do spend plenty of my spare time looking up new gadgets and gizmos, and always try to find new ways to go above and beyond.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this in 2008 part time, and then one day recently I just decided, "Hey, why not take this a step farther, and make this something I can do full-time."
