Flooding situation, way above my pay grade & ability. They set up quickly, dried for a day, meter readings came in high, adjusted the equipment, kept going until the meter reading showed zero water. Treated the walls so we don’t get attacked by mold in a month. Great warranty as well!

This is 5 with an *. The water damage and mold remediation parts were excellent. However the admin side I would rate a 4. Some of the reasons I went with them were the detailed explanations/ certifications/ remediation specs that appeared when I looked them up. I expected the specs and requirements that they worked to and met would then be listed in the final certificate of completion. Instead the statement reads “…certify that all Mold Remediation services provided by R&I Restoration Wizards LLC have been completed to my satisfaction.” Including that extra information of how the work was done would showcase their expertise, increase existing customer satisfaction and possibly gain future customers as new owners review that paperwork during future home sales.
