- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give very fair prices. We understand sometimes our customers go through hardships and they communicate that with us, and we offer payment plans or negotiate a price that better suits them as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We message them ASAP and introduce ourselves. Then we hop on a ********** to talk about the issue in their property and schedule a free on site estimate. Then everything is in the customers hands and they decide if to move forward with us and we take it from there.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of customers. Customers who don't have experience in the work we do and we explain it to them, then customers who have experience. Nevertheless, we accommodate to everyone.
