I had an amazing experience with this mold remediation company! From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure the job was done correctly. They took the time to explain the process, answered all of my questions, and were extremely thorough with the remediation.

Julio did an excellent job in identifying mold issues in my attic and insulation problems in my AC vents. He offered honest and professional solutions to address these issues. The work estimate is reasonable. Once we agreed the work in the noon, he started the process right in the afternoon. The work completed in three days. What I really appreciate is that Julio is open to any questions and explained the process with patience. Overall, I am happy with the job Julio has done.

We give very fair prices. We understand sometimes our customers go through hardships and they communicate that with us, and we offer payment plans or negotiate a price that better suits them as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We message them ASAP and introduce ourselves. Then we hop on a ********** to talk about the issue in their property and schedule a free on site estimate. Then everything is in the customers hands and they decide if to move forward with us and we take it from there.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of customers. Customers who don't have experience in the work we do and we explain it to them, then customers who have experience. Nevertheless, we accommodate to everyone.
