- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple - a quick introduction email to schedule a phone interview. We will take your information and requests during the interview and create a plan. Once the plan is in place, we communicate a timeline and expectation to the client. After the design process begins, the client should expect daily communication until the project is completed. Upon completion, the files will be transferred after a successful payment has been made.
