They left footprints on my roof, which could have easily been cleaned off. After they had left and everything dried, I noticed the glass on the windows was very clean but they didn’t clean the other parts of the windows and glass doors (window sills and frames) Jesus said that wasn’t included. What??? I paid $500 dollars for this window cleaning service which took about 2 1/2 hours and they won’t include a simple spray off or wipe down of the frame of the windows? He said he would come back but never did. Then became non responsive to my communication. I never leave bad reviews of services, but when somebody says they are going to do something, they should follow through. And if they aren’t going to do it, just say it. The most annoying part of this is the lack of integrity after they left the property. They were both really nice guys and did work hard while they were here. I was actually quite surprised at how it all ended. I looks as though the dirt on the glass of the windows fell down on to the sills and frame. (It’s dirtier than it was before the cleaning) I now have to hire someone else to clean up the dirt they left behind.

Jesus did a great job on my windows. He is very reasonably priced. He was very thorough and took the time to clean the window and track and didn’t rush through the job. My windows look brand new. Very happy with the results.
