I really enjoyed Vida’s yoga flow! She was quick to respond and work with me to schedule a time/day for a friend and I. I loved the smaller, intimate setting and the well rounded flow. She was helpful with poses and guided us through meditation. I will definitely attend another session!

Vida is amazing! She’s everything I’ve been looking for in an instructor. She understood me right away. After the year we’ve all had 2020-21, she’s allowed me for the first time in what seems like forever, to shut off my constant thoughts and be present in the beauty of the moment. How did you get started doing this type of work?
I learned to heal myself many years ago. It is now my goal to help others see the light within themselves.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I am so grateful to have witnessed a beautiful transformation in my client. When we started working together, her energy was low, she didn’t love herself, and she was desperate to find a partner. It’s been a couple months now and she is glowing! Her energy is high, she carries herself with more poise and confidence, and she is no longer worried about finding a man. She trusts in the timing of the Universe and she is choosing to focus her time on being the best version of herself. She finds ways to show love to herself on a daily basis and she is embracing herself in all her uniqueness. I am so proud of her. It was truly an honor to be a part of her metamorphosis.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Work with someone who doesn’t claim to be a guru. You don’t need someone to tell you all the answers. You just need a guide to help you along your path. All the answers you seek are already within you. Sometimes we just need someone to remind us of who we truly are to tap into our power.
