I had Blane come out after discovering some water stains on my ceiling. He went around the whole roof to inspect other areas as well just in case. We had diagnosed it to be Flashing coverage issue on the roof. In addition, it’s good to know they also assist on the inside damage, including the water stain i first mentioned. He was punctual and very considerate of the situation and costs involved. He was aware of issues I may have in dealing with insurance and advised accordingly. He is going to send some repair quotes but the inspection was free and he even provided quick silicone application as a bandaid while i figure out this situation because there’s more rain coming soon. This business alias is relatively new but the owner has been doing this for over a decade. Thanks RidgeMark Roofing
