- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continued education is essential to keep up to day with the fast changing technology. I train regularly on the latest computer systems, so that I can better serve my customers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Computers have always fascinated me. I wanted to learn everything I could about them, and I'm happy to say, I have learned a great deal about them. Be very logically minded, it is very easy for me to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most computer users complain about their systems running way too slow. I am happy to say that I can speed up systems 90% of the time.
