- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before working with a client, we make sure we clearly understand their wishes in order to adequately meet their needs. We confirm the price, date, and time of the service and provide details of who will be arriving at the home. The day before the appointment, we send the client a reminder message. Before leaving the home, we ensure the client is satisfied with the service.
