- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates are based on many factors, including the type of entertainment (solo, duo, trio, full band with horn section, etc.), the date of the event, size of the event, among other things. But we always try to work within your budget. We always provide competitive prices, and offer discounts to our repeat clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to talk directly with our clients, to ascertain their needs, what limitations there might be (venue size, sound equipment and lighting, etc.), and do everything we can to work within their budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Though Wizard Productions has been around for several decades, we are new to booking entertainment in the DFW metroplex. But we are all seasoned musicians with a deep understanding of what it takes to provide quality entertainment. We know what to expect in most event situations, what to prepare for, how best to accomplish a successful event, and most importantly how to provide our clients the type of entertainers they are looking for at the best rate.
