- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have no hidden fees; customer will know the full price labor included before any job is completed. Flat rate fees only.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer will experience excellent customer service, followed by our recommended suggestions to enhance their AC full potential. Every new customer will have the opportunity to engage with our service maintenance plans. Our company will provide options to clean, flush drains, filter replacements. We also offer to seal ducts in the attics, wash coils, checks for freon levels and starting components.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our NATE certified techs are ready to help. We have in the HVAC business for more than 20 years in experience. Aggie owned and family oriented. We are compromising in providing the highest quality in air conditioning products for your health and safety. Our company also offers a whole line of UV lights, de-humidification, high efficiency filters. and manual J to properly size your new A/C. All of our trucks are clean and equipped with the parts you need. All of our personal team is trained and takes care of our customers, going to protocol for covid 19.
