FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Always There Air, our pricing is straightforward and transparent — no hidden fees, no surprise charges. Every estimate includes labor, materials, and warranties so you know exactly what you’re paying for. We also offer flexible financing options, seasonal discounts, and tax credit guidance for qualifying high-efficiency systems (like heat pumps that qualify for the 25C federal tax credit up to $2,000). Whether it’s a repair, full system replacement, or attic insulation upgrade, our goal is to provide the best long-term value for your home comfort and energy savings. We believe in fair pricing, done right the first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a no-pressure consultation — inspecting your existing system, ductwork, and insulation to identify efficiency opportunities. We then provide honest recommendations with transparent pricing and photos of our work. If we move forward, our installations are scheduled quickly (often next-day), followed by a detailed walkthrough to ensure everything is perfect. After completion, we check in for feedback and stand behind our “Done Right Guarantee.” It’s a process built on trust and follow-through.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed advanced HVAC technical training through American Standard, Lennox, and Samsung, and stay current with industry certifications for air balancing, duct design, and energy efficiency standards. I also have extensive business and marketing experience, which helps me communicate complex HVAC concepts in a way homeowners actually understand. Our team at Always There Air trains continuously — because equipment evolves, but doing things right never changes.
