Chad replaced light bulbs in the interior of my house. After replacing some he discovered the ballast had failed. He returned promptly to replace the ballast and no I have lights in my kitchen again. He also replaced the lamp on the exterior of my home and it looks great. Chad was professional and I would highly recommend.
