- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did event planning corporately for 9 years managing events as large as 1,000 to as small as 25. I sat on the executive committee of a private school consortium for 4 years that hosted a private school fair yearly in Tarrant County. I have been self employed for 4 years handling events in the private and corporate sector. I have managed everything from birthday parties, themed parties, class reunions, and weddings. I am also currently the Project Manager for a private school consortium managing their monthly meetings, website, and social media. Events are my passion. On the catering aspect, I am self taught. I started a meal preparation business in 2009 which expanded into catering very quickly. I have catered private parties, weddings, corporate luncheons, school graduations, and more. I have a love for food! I enjoy making food that is affordable, tasty and healthy!
