Team came on time, ask for permission before start to evaluate the leaking, promptly got the faucet replaced, sealed the faucet with wall tightly, offered the tips for future when freeze again. Professionally showed me the old burst pipe and offered reasonable warranty for their work with confidence. Thanks Eddie and Carlos for the excellent service!

Eddie was very professional and explained the issue in detail. He then went to the warehouse to the the right size spigots. Upon installing he sees that they are not the correct size so he comes back the next day and completes the job. He even asked not to make the payment until the job is fully done. It is very hard to find contractors these days with such professionalism. Most want advance payment and then start the work. We will definitely hire Romero Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.
