They provided a great service at a fair price with no surprises. Instead of pushing for complex rebuilds or full replacements, they efficiently fixed my two leaking showers and a toilet by replacing only the necessary components. For the faucet, which couldn’t be easily repaired, they gave me a discount. The guys who came were friendly, and I really enjoyed talking with them. We are very pleased with the installation of our two water heaters. First of all, I want to highlight how awesome and responsive Vanessa, the receptionist, is. Romero and his helper were incredibly professional, and the quality of their work was impressive. They even took the time to clean the wheels on their dolly before entering our home, which shows how conscientious they are. This is truly a great company, and I would highly recommend them. We’re thrilled to finally be able to take a hot shower! We called on Monday evening, and the company was here by Tuesday morning, so we were never inconvenienced by a lack of hot water.

Needed my hot and cold water supply valves to my washer replaced. Not only did they replace both valves they also repaired the wall that had to be cut into. They charged me less than half what another company quoted me and that company said I would have to hire someone to repair my wall. Romero plumbing is great. I will definitely use them for all future plumbing issues.
