We have over 20 years in Personal Services, including high quality house cleaning, residential and commercial, move in or move out cleaning. We use Eco friendly products and have competitive pricing. Our customer service is outstanding. Our belief is our customers should always feel our services are "over and above" the expected. We have excellent references and are bonded and insured. NOTE: If you are receiving a quote, it will be based on your initial request. If it's a deep clean with extras like refrigerator/oven cleaning your standard cleaning fee for recurrent cleaning would be less. Interior window cleaning prices are provided as a separate bid. If you are having interior windows included in this bid, that cost would only apply on the times we clean your windows. Thank you. The "trust factor" is a big deal with me. Andrea was recommended to me by a close personal friend and I was assured that she could be totally trusted in my home when I am not present. Since she is there when both myself and my wife are at work the trust factor is very important to both of us. This added to a clean house makes for very happy clients.

Not very happy with the service. I hired them to deep clean my home while it was vacant before moving my belongings in. When I first entered the house it smelled good like it had been sprayed with something to freshen the air. I initially thought well they were here and cleaned. I was exhausted from the move and right in the middle of dealing with movers and should have checked the cleaning better before paying her so that is on me, but once I had a chance to really look it was not even close to being deep cleaned. These two photos are just an example of what I found when I checked post deep cleaning. This is the first time ever I have hired someone to clean my home and it was anything but a good experience and a big waste of money.

It is difficult to see a negative review, especially when a house had been cleaned from ceiling fans to baseboards. It is always possible to "miss" something, although we try very hard not to have that happen. Customers that are used to using house keepers realize however that sometimes it does. I wish you would have called me. We are more than happy to try to resolve any issue you may have. Thank you.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each home or office can be very different and the clients have different expectations and needs as well. We charge a small additional fee for first time cleaning, to do detail work that previous cleaners or even homeowners have missed or not had time to do. Recurrent cleanings get the best rates, we want the customers to be able to afford our services and enjoy their time off...not having to worry about cleaning their homes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We establish the customer's wants and needs and arrange a schedule to fit the client. In addition, we ensure the products we use are in line with any special requests.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business since 1995 and keep a limited number of employees. The most recent of our staff has been with us over 10 years. We keep up with the cleaning products lines that are known to be the best.
