- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work for insurance proceeds if your job is covered by insurance. If you THINK you may have a claim, contact us and we will be glad to come take a look and advise you on the next step to take. We do not tell every customer they need a new roof or yes yes yes you have a claim.....call the insurance company asap. We will tell you the truth with our opinion and we are rarely wrong as to whether you have a valid storm damage claim. That being said, there are many roofs out there with enough damage on them that insurance will pay for them, and the homeowner has no idea. That's because many people don't think their roof is bad until it starts leaking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call us and tell us your problem or your desire and we will come out and take a look at the situation. If you have storm damage all YOU have to do is place one phone call (claims number) and we will handle the rest. REALLY!
