Jay, provided a great service moving my shed from a rotted out wood base,replacing it with concrete that looks great , jay also stablized my wood fence door that was slowly collapsing from a previous bad build by another company. jay also met my deadline that was very important. highly recommend phoenix construction.

Jay and his crew at Phoenix Construction did an amazing job on our guest bathroom. This was a 100% full bathroom renovation, top to bottom. Throughout the renovation, Jay was very open, knowledgeable, and responsive to our questions or concerns. Their craftsmanship was great and they have many years experience. His quotes and final cost were very reasonable, we'll use them again. The job took about 3 weeks to complete without any major construction hiccups or delays. We are unbelievably satisfied with the work they did and the overall renovation experience with Phoenix Construction. We would highly recommend them. See the before and after pics here.

After completing the Thumbtack form, I was contacted in less than 24 hours, had a time set for a walkthrough, an estimate, and start date. J, was very knowledgeable, offered solutions, listened to what ideas I had, and assessed the type of damages before planning on repairs and preventative measures. An overgrown tree needed to be removed. Although everyone on the team were experts, a safety meeting was conducted and a plan of action was strategized for the safety of all. My garage had suffered major damage over time. One whole side needed to be replaced due to flooding, land erosion, and termites. I used the Thumbtack app suggested by a friend. I chose Phoenix Construction because it was understood that even with the hit my garage took, it was still a part of my home and it will be treated that way. Reassurance is something I value in a business. I admire the respect the team exhibited towards one another. Neighbors and pets were given consideration before every phase. As a customer, I appreciate how the process was explained, questions answered, and care given to the property and wildlife. Communication is everything, we will listen intently to the needs and desires of our new customers, and develop an outline prior to our visit for initial estimate. Throughout the process we will continue to keep the customer's vision in mind. We never forget that it is a Home we are working on, not just a house.
