- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Concrete: prior to selecting me please ensure that you need a minimum of 500sqft or more. I have a large crew and can’t mobilize them for smaller jobs unfortunately. You can use a tape measure width x length = sqft or for larger areas simply step it off one foot in front of the other width x length. Doing will get close enough to total sqft for your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk over phone: quick meet and greet and dive straight into details of their project. - decide if on-site estimate is necessary - send invoice collect deposits - start job!
