- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I have flat rates on specialty services and a $85 an hour onsite repair rate for businesse , $65 for home. We don't start the clock until we know what is wrong.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Application is the best teacher, but yes we stay ahead of the curve.
