What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have flat rates on specialty services and a $85 an hour onsite repair rate for businesse , $65 for home. We don't start the clock until we know what is wrong.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Application is the best teacher, but yes we stay ahead of the curve.

i was born into computers.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If they can't explain it don't hire them.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
computers are NOT an exact science.
