    Jeff is very knowledgeable in what he does! He will explain things very concise and gets right to the point. He knows in depth exactly what a clients needs are and/or will be.


What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have flat rates on specialty services and a $85 an hour onsite repair rate for businesse , $65 for home. We don't start the clock until we know what is wrong.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Application is the best teacher, but yes we stay ahead of the curve.

i was born into computers.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If they can't explain it don't hire them.
