- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If there is a service call fee listed, that will be waived if you book the job with Reidy's.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to quickly understand the project, scope, idea or problem you are interested in. We can discuss pricing then or set an appointment (sometimes same day) to look at the job in-person. If its a larger project, you will receive a detailed quote and listing of work to be done and then we can fine tune the process as far as necessary. I'm good with phone calls, text, email- whatever is most comfortable for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a decade's plus experience in construction including residential and commercial. I've built many single family homes, apartments and retail. I've also done maintenance and warranties and can fix anything wrong with a house except the concrete foundation or roof. (Can't do it all!) I also have an undergraduate in Business Administration from Texas State University. I also still love to get my hands dirty and do lots of jobs myself.
