- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every situation is different. I believe it is important to be upfront with the customer and let them know of any potential costs. It is always better to be prepared so that you are not shocked by unexpected costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak with the customer and find out what it is that they need done. I believe it is imperative that you listen to the customer and ask as many questions as needed in order to grasp the full scope of your project. It is always better to be over-prepared in order to minimize the risk of failure.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
