What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet and greet the customer. I listen to their problem and investigate in order to give the best and most economical answer to their problem. At that point if the customer wants me to proceed I tell them what I am going to do to fix there situation., Then I perform the task. Finally, I tell them what I did and assure them that if I need to come see them again to just give me a call.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS degree from Stephen F. Austin State University. I attended Texas A&M Pest control training where I received my Certified applicators License #0689406. I was trained by Orkin as a Residential Technician and then Terminix as a Commercial Technician.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with residential, commercial and schools (public,private, colleges etc.). I am a certified IPM coordinator and have been for over 3yrs.
