- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All my services are customizable to each client, keeping prices low. I do have package options as well helping you save when booking more than one person or service(s). If you don't see an option available on my website or hoping to save with multiple services please contact me with details for estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After getting to know each other we talk about services you are interested in, and I provide an estimate. It explains each service, a timeline, and shows all prices/charges involved. Once you are happy we iron out the details in my Client Agreement Contract and a deposit is made to reserve the date(s) and service(s). (Note that a date cannot be booked until both contact and deposit are received! I'll inform you if there is another party interested in booking the same date.)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been licensed in Cosmetology since 2013, working with companies like John Casablancas, Sephora, and salon/retail environments to grow my knowledge in the beauty industry. I constantly train my creativity by attending classes to perfect my skill set. Recently certified in Lash extensions, lash lift and tint, Brown lamination.
